1 pound, 4.833 ounce

Tomatoes

8 1/3 ounce

Cilantro

.417 ounce

Onion, Red

4.167 ounce

Lime Juice

2.083 teaspoon

Black Pepper

.521 teaspoon

DIRECTIONS:

1. Defrost the mangos.

4. Add the lime juice and black pepper.

2. Small dice the tomatoes and red onion, chop the cilantro. 3. Mix the mango, tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro together.

5. Store in the cooler until use.

Tip: This pico goes great with fish tacos, barbecue, and Caribbean dishes!
